PREPRINT POLICY

The Journal of Science Innovations and Nature of Earth (JSIANE) supports the responsible and transparent sharing of research through preprint servers, while maintaining the integrity of the peer-review process.

Preprint Submission

Authors may submit manuscripts that have been previously posted on recognized preprint servers, provided that:

• The manuscript has not undergone formal peer review elsewhere
• The preprint version is clearly disclosed at the time of submission

Accepted Preprint Servers

Preprints may be hosted on recognized platforms such as institutional repositories or subject-specific preprint servers.

Preprint Disclosure

At the time of submission, authors must:

• Declare the existence of a preprint
• Provide the preprint DOI or URL (if available)

Version Control

If a manuscript is accepted for publication in JSIANE, authors are encouraged to:

• Update the preprint record with a citation and link to the final published article
• Clearly indicate that the peer-reviewed version has been published in JSIANE

Citation of Preprints

Preprints may be cited in submitted manuscripts, provided they are clearly identified as preprints and not peer-reviewed articles.

Editorial Evaluation

The presence of a preprint does not influence editorial decisions. All submissions undergo the journal’s standard double-blind peer-review process.
